THE INHERITORS

The Femination “Inheritors” Project is a vital initiative dedicated to shaping the moral foundation, career clarity, and future success of our youth — ensuring they become productive and exemplary citizens.

We address the challenges young people face today, including confusion about career paths and the impact of social pressures, by providing a platform for growth, learning, and personal development.

Our Mission: Catching Them Young
The project focuses on three interconnected areas to empower future leaders, especially young women:

Life Skills & Financial Independence (Part I):

  • Sexual & Reproductive Health (SRH): Educating young girls through the school curriculum on vital topics such as menstruation, sexual health, and healthy sex education before cultural taboos take hold.

  • Financial Literacy: Teaching essential skills like saving, budgeting, investing, and entrepreneurship in secondary schools to help young women achieve financial independence as adults.

Women in STEM (Part II):
We run a focused “Women in STEM” program within schools to make careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics both attractive and achievable for young women.

Future Leader Workshops (Part III):
We host interactive workshops that deliver practical, impactful lessons on major life transitions, including:
Career Choice, Relationship Building, Decision Making, Integration into the Job Market (interviews, internships), and Advanced Financial & Investment Education.

Direct Support Component:
The project identifies and supports 1–2 of the most vulnerable and marginalized students within partner schools, providing them with financial resources or assistance to further their education.

This holistic approach aims to secure a future where women enjoy equal rights in education and professional spaces — empowering them with knowledge, confidence, and integrity today.
