FEMIPOWERMENT
Femipowerment is a global initiative by Femination Foundation aimed at empowering women to overcome social, economic, and cultural barriers intensified by the pandemic. Through expert mentorship, resource support, and skill-building workshops, the project fosters women’s entrepreneurship, creativity, and mental well-being. By addressing gender inequality, wage gaps, and limited leadership representation, Femipowerment seeks to break cycles of poverty and create a sustainable future where women innovate, lead, and thrive in alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goal 5 — Gender Equality
PROJECT HAVEN
Project Haven is an initiative by Femination Foundation aimed at addressing the pressing issue of abuse and violence against women in Ghana. This is a trauma-informed advocacy and healing- centered initiative focused on women who have experienced abuse or violence. The project leverage storytelling, strategic partnerships and community engagement to break the silence surrounding abuse, empower survivors and foster societal change. At heart of this initiative is the campaign titled “I HAVE A STORY TO TELL” which gives they voice to survivors through video stories, anonymous submissions and awareness outreaches. We often hear stories of the victims, what of those who were able to make it through and survive? Project Haven is going make their Stories a heard.
THE INHERITORS
The Inheritors” is a project by Femination e.V. aimed at empowering and guiding today’s youth — the next generation of leaders and decision-makers. It seeks to strengthen moral values, career awareness, and personal integrity among young people through mentorship, education, and skill development. The project also supports marginalized and vulnerable students by providing financial assistance and opportunities to further their education, shaping them into responsible, empowered citizens ready to positively impact society
FEMI LEGACY
FemiLegacy is the final stage of the Femination empowerment journey — a space where growth is celebrated, stories are shared, and empowered women become mentors and role models. It connects all Femination programs by transforming beneficiaries into ambassadors of change, creating a continuous circle of inspiration, leadership, and support for women across communities
