FEMIREACH(JAMESTOWN)
The FemiReach Jamestown Outreach was designed with one key mission: to take empowerment directly to women in underserved communities and ensure we try for no woman to be left behind due to economic or social Jamestown a community rich in history yet deeply affected by economic hardship was strategically selected as the starting point. Its diverse group of older women, market women, caregivers, and community leaders created the ideal environment to begin building a strong, supportive network rooted in sisterhood and growth.
Purpose & Vision
The outreach aimed to go beyond a typical empowerment session. It set out to:
- Introduce Femination Foundation to the community in a personal and meaningful way
- Build trust and familiarity with women in Jamestown
- Launch the Femination Social Club, a long-term empowerment and support system
- Establish ongoing engagement that continues far beyond a single outreach event
The newly launched Femination Social Club will serve as a continuous community platform where women can access:
- Guidance
- Mental health education
- Confidence and self-awareness development
- A safe space for emotional support and sisterhood

Community Response & Impact
The reception from the women of Jamestown was overwhelmingly positive. Many participants expressed excitement and hope about joining the Femination Social Club which was an early indicator of the community’s readiness for sustained empowerment initiatives. The event also revealed something crucial: women are eager for safe spaces where they can be heard, seen, supported, and actively involved in shaping their own futures and that of other women.
