BREAK THE BIAS

The Webinar was a women’s legal rights seminar to educate and empower young female adults about the fundamental rights of women, fostering a deeper understanding of gender equality, legal protections and social responsibilities.

GOAL 

• Raise awareness on women’s legal and human rights
• Encourage critical thinking about gender-based issues in society and education
• Promote youth leadership and advocacy for women’s empowerment.

OUTCOME

At the end of the seminar, attendees gained a deeper understanding of women’s constitutional rights, legal and human rights, inspired participating students and individuals to actively participate in promoting gender equality, and create a safe space for discussing sensitive issues like gender based violence and inequality. Attendees had the opportunity to connect with speakers and NGOs for future collaborations and volunteer opportunities.
