BLOOM INTO BALANCE (2025)
Bloom into balance workshop was designed for young women aged (20-28). To empower young women with the knowledge to prioritize their health through physical activity, a well balanced diet and self-care in general. Participants signed up through registration.With 20 participants, 4 speakers and 2 coordinators the workshop focused on activities such as yoga, pilates and strength training, nutrition and self-care tips. It featured key speakers in various fitness fields, interactive activities and a supportive community of health-conscious young women.
The goal was to inspire a wellness habit that enhances their quality of life.

- Fitness – Discussion on staying active through physical activity and engaging workout sessions
- Self-care – Setting self-care routines as part of personal growth
- Support – Creating a safe space for women to share experiences and support one another
