Femination Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to creating a gender-equal world by empowering women and girls through education, advocacy, and community-driven projects. Guided by SDG 5, we work to dismantle systemic barriers, provide safe spaces, and promote social protections against gender-based violence. Our mission is to help women and girls become self-determined leaders in their communities.
WHAT DOES OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS DO?
Our Board of Directors provides strategic leadership and governance for the Femination Foundation. They guide our long-term vision, approve major decisions, safeguard donor resources, and ensure every project aligns with our mission of empowering women and girls. The board oversees performance, ensures transparency, and supports the management team in delivering sustainable impact across all our programs.
